Coaching is built on a series of hour-long one-on-one sessions. In a world of distractions and multi-tasking, it is a rare opportunity to focus on yourself.

Coaching is a relationship and each client has unique needs, interests and challenges. Therefore, each program is customized to meet your situation. You are the leader in this relationship and bring to these sessions whatever you hope to achieve.

These sessions act as a system to support your thinking processes. We will work through thought-provoking questions and exercises to break down your barriers and assess what’s truly important to you.

There are assignments to complete between each session and it is through these and discussing them in the next session that you will find your major breakthroughs.

I have clients all over the world and can offer my services over the phone, in person and via video call. I offer my services in both English and French.

Don’t lament so much about how your career is going to turn out. You don’t have a career. You have a life. Do the work. Keep the faith. Be true blue. You are a writer because you write. Keep writing and quit your bitching. Your book has a birthday. You don’t know what it is yet.

  • Values – what is important to you, not what you think should be important
  • Inner Critics – eliminate the self-defeating patterns of thought or habits holding you back
  • Life vision – where you want to see yourself if you live your values and conquer your saboteurs, and how to get there
  • Professional Strategic Plan – a set of goals, strategies and measures to excel in your chosen career
  • and a process to examine your professional life and how you want to live it

The goal of this first meeting is to get to know each other. You will learn about my services and approach. I will learn about you and why you are interested in coaching.
(1-hour, complimentary)

The first session will define the coaching partnership. We will decide how you would like to be coached and what tools I should bring to the table.

As each coaching process and partnership is unique, we must begin by understanding where you came from and where you want to go.
(2 hours)

We will meet for two one-hour sessions a month. I recommend a three-month plan for first-time clients.
(1 hour every two weeks)

Halfway through the coaching process we will look back and review. Have we met your objectives? Do you have new objectives? What’s next?

There is some homework to do between each session. Feel free to email or call me between scheduled sessions if you need a sounding board, have a problem or want to share a success. I enjoy providing this extra level of service and do not bill for it.

Please give me two weeks notice before ending the coaching relationship so that we will have time to summarize what you’ve learned and strategize for what comes next.

If you are aiming for a career change or redirection we will always design a plan B. Life is full of surprises and we better be prepared!

When I first began my coaching relationship with Benedicte I hoped to gain some direction and momentum in my career. At the time I didn’t realize that I had a very low opinion of myself and this was impacting many goals in my life. Benedicte provided me with weekly challenges to practice and apply in my day-to-day. From there I was able to address and focus on specific challenges that were holding me back. As a result, my self-esteem improved and I have a new authentic understanding of what my values and goals are. I now feel clear and confident in not only my career path but in all aspects of my life, I was amazed by the journey it took to get there.

After graduating from my MBA, I have spent three years jumping from jobs to jobs. I decided to consult Bénédicte in order to do a skills assessment. I highly recommend Bénédicte for her professionnalism, her empathy, her passion and her involvment in helping me. She helped me to define my project, she helped me to feel more confident about the strengths I was not aware of, so she was not only a career consultant, she has been a great coach and even more she became the friend you expect to have: the one who finally reveals yourself by being honest and supportive! A great thanks for your work Bénédicte because I have FINALLY found my path.
