The first thing to do is identifying who you are, what you like doing, what you are good at and what you value. The workshop is based on the Strong Interest Inventory®, one of the world’s most widely used and respected career planning tools. It maps out general interest patterns to describe a personality and preferred work environments. Participants will pass the test one week before the workshop, it only takes 30 to 40 minute and is passed online in the comfort of your home. The workshop will teach the participants how to use their results, understand the RIASEC model and draw lines between who they are and potential jobs.

After 10 years of experience in project management in banking companies, I was starting to be bored and wanted to try something new. But what? I was struggling to find what I really want to do in my life. I participated to a workshop led by Benedicte to help us find our next job using the STRONG assessment. The test revealed pertinent aspects of my personality and it is a real toolbox to look for a new job. Benedicte helped me to understand, interpret and use the results of the tests. I haven’t found my dreamed job yet but I have all the tools to do it and an action plan to execute. Thank you!”

“I was hoping to know more about me (my skills, my interests) and what type of job I may enjoy the most. The workshop fully met my expectations. It has highlighted some aspects of my personality that I knew but also some of them that I did not realize. It provides me a good toolbox to look for a new job.”

“It made me more aware of my current job and work environment and allowed me to identify among all my previous (work and personal) experiences what I disliked and what I liked”

“The General Occupational Themes results of the STRONG test were very interesting for me and highlighted some aspects of my personality that I did not realize.”

“The STRONG test results and above all the explanations on how to exploit them were very beneficial. It’s a real toolbox to look for a new job. It was intimate and really personalized. I really appreciated that.
